If you already have Acronis for the free trial version at Acronis Web site, click Get trial serial number. It will imate True Image or produced errors, its files might be corrupted. Therefore if you roll back True Image to an older version, you likely will have it; there is no need to remove the old version and reinstall the software.
To repair this problem, you create new bootable media after.
